Receiving his first collegiate offer is the moment Bryson Hall realized the work he put into football had paid off. This Claremore High School senior is not done yet.
“I still have a mission to complete, and I won’t stop till it’s finished,” he says.
Football has taught Hall the importance of details and how the little things must be done to accomplish big things.
“I love football because it’s a test of strategy and teamwork. Every player has an important position, and victory is tied to everyone working together without gaps. Plus, it feels great executing a play perfectly and seeing all that hard work pay off,” Hall said.
Representing his high school as an athlete fills him with immense pride.
“It’s an honor to wear our colors and compete alongside my friends. The support from our community is incredible and it motivates me to give my best effort every time I step onto the field. Being an athlete here means being part of something bigger than myself and that’s a truly special feeling,” said Hall. “I love the electric atmosphere of a packed stadium, especially during a rivalry game or the playoff games. The energy is contagious. Plus, there’s nothing quite like the cheering of the crowd after a game-winning play.”
Celebrating wins and overcoming challenges builds meaningful team bonds. Hall says his teammate, Landon King, helped him become a better football player.
“King plays on the D line and gets down in the trenches. He displays toughness and relentless pursuit trying to tackle the QB.”
Hall’s parents and his sister have supported his dreams and cheered every play. He thanks them and his extended family and friends for being there for him. His dad plays a special role in his life.
“He’s a great role model, always putting other people first, no matter what. He works tirelessly to provide for us. His enduring support has helped me chase my dreams. His kindness, patience and endless love make him the best role model I could ask for,” Hall said.
Hall’s athleticism extends to track. He runs the 300 and 110 hurdles with back-to-back state appearances. He has high hopes of achieving more this season. After high school, Hall plans to study pre-physical therapy while playing college football.
As Hall prepares for his future, he remembers an important part of his life.
“Everything I do is to glorify God.”
