The mother of three daughters, Brigette Burgess has played a big role in volunteering at Claremore High School over the years.

Burgess, the President of Claremore Varsity Booster Club, was involved as a volunteer with her twins, Paige and Hannah, who graduated in 2015. Paige was a cheerleader, while Hannah was an athletic trainer. Brigette’s youngest daughter, Morgan, is currently a senior cheerleader at Claremore High School.

“It has been such a joy watching them grow and develop into the adults they are,” Brigette said. “Being a mom is a wonderful journey and I wouldn’t change it for the world.”

Being involved and being supportive is important for Brigette.

“My hope for parents to be involved is to be an extra arm or support for the students and facility,” she said. “I enjoy volunteering for the school because I love watching the students have fun, and develop into young adults along the way.”

During her free time with her family, Brigette enjoys attending sporting events, spending time with their dogs and going to the beach.
