VYPE: Greidys, besides volleyball, what other sports do you play at Sequoyah?
Greidys Morales: I cheer year-round and participate in STUNT the sport in the spring.
VYPE: What do you love most about your team and teammates at Sequoyah?
GM: The thing I love most about my team and teammates at Sequoyah is how they make the gym feel like home every day. It’s never a dull moment.
VYPE: Who inspires you?
GM: I would say Hailey Budgick inspires me the most, she has multiple injuries with ups and downs, and she always finds a way to push through it and play her best.
VYPE: What grade are you in and what position do you play on the volleyball team?
GM: I’m a junior and I play outside hitter/defensive specialist.
VYPE: How did you season go this year?
GM: For the season I expected to be able to combine everyone’s talents to make a bonded team and meshing with each other.
VYPE: Which teammate is the most vocal and who keeps everyone laughing?
GM: The most vocal teammate I have would be Emmyn Gibson. A person that keeps everyone laughing would be Bella Brown.
VYPE: What’s your favorite subject in school and do you have a favorite teacher?
GM: My favorite subject would have to be math. My favorite teacher would be my 9-10th grade math teacher who always over explained everything I had questions about.
VYPE: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
GM: I enjoy going out with my family and playing games.
VYPE: What would you like to do after you graduate?
GM: I want to pursue my career in the future as a paramedic.
